Established in 1995, Claggett Engineering has partnered with architects, government agencies, school boards, healthcare organizations, hoteliers, retailers, developers, and builders to carry many projects forward from concept to realization.

Renovation of The Atlantic View Hotel - Dewey Beach, DE
Our work on this 4-story boutique hotel included a comprehensive assessment of existing building conditions, followed by the design of updated HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems to enhance guest comfort and improve building energy efficiency.
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites - Middletown, DE
A newly constructed, four-story hotel that encompasses 48,000 sq. ft. and offers a pool, fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces, this building is equipped with advanced HVAC zoning and demand-controlled ventilation systems designed to optimize energy efficiency.
Department of Social Services - Cambridge, MD
A 24,000 sq. ft. building constructed to support the community of Dorchester County, MD, the HVAC systems in this facility include rooftop units, fan-powered VAV boxes, VRF systems, and energy recovery ventilators.
